By selecting us as an agent to sell your items, we promise to give you the highest level of service when selling with us and ask you to adhere to the below conditions:

Definitions
"We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Sign of the Times": Bowtecware Limited acting as an agent for the sale of your items.
"You" / "Seller" / "Owner": The individual consigning items for sale through Sign of the Times.
"Agreement": The contract created when you consign items to us under these Terms and Conditions.
"Items": The goods you consign for sale.
Term of Agreement
The consignment period is 6 months from acceptance of your items.
We act solely as an agent and do not take ownership of your items.
We reserve the right to return any items at any time before the end of the term.
Items may be listed in-store, online via our website, or via partner platforms.
Early Collection Fee
If you request to collect your item before 30 days of listing, an administrative fee will apply:
Ā£16 for clothing and accessories
Ā£30 for handbags and fine jewellery
Item Quality
All items must be supplied clean, authentic, and in excellent, sale-ready condition.
Any flaws, damage, or alterations must be disclosed before consignment.
Undisclosed faults may result in termination of this Agreement.
Any required cleaning or repair will be charged to you.
Pricing and Discounts
Pricing is mutually agreed upon before listing.
If no response is received within 24 hours of us proposing prices, we will proceed with suggested pricing.
Where no price is set, we reserve the right to determine final sale prices based on market value, condition, and demand.
Discount Schedule:
After 2 months: Up to 30% discount
After 4 months: Up to 50% discount
After 6 months: Up to 70% discount
After 12 months: Up to 90% discount or the item may be returned or further reduced until sold.
Commission & Charges:
Commission remains unchanged on discounted items.
VAT is added to the agreed price.
A handling charge applies:
Ā£30 for bags and fine jewellery
Ā£16 for other items
Authenticity Guarantee
You guarantee that all items are authentic.
Counterfeit items will be destroyed and, if necessary, full repayment will be required including any associated losses.
We reserve the right to involve qualified third parties for authentication.
Ownership & Legal Compliance
You warrant full legal ownership of all consigned items.
You agree to indemnify Sign of the Times against any claims or disputes regarding ownership.
Title remains with you at all times; we act purely as agent.
If required by law enforcement, we will provide any relevant information without notice to you.
6. Delivery of Items
Items may be dropped off or shipped (tracked, insured) to:

Packaging must ensure safe transit. We are not liable for damage due to insufficient packaging.
International shipments must have customs duties prepaid. We will not accept unpaid shipments.
All consignments are at your risk for loss, theft, or damage in transit, in-store, or at partner locations.
Out-of-season items may be held for up to 6 months before listing.
End of Term & Uncollected Items
Unsold items may be returned upon request; return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If items are not collected after 12 months, we reserve the right to further discount or ultimately dispose of unsold items and donate any net proceeds to charity, without further notice.
Payments
Payments are made monthly via bank transfer once the buyerās return period has lapsed.
Payments are processed at month-end where your account balance exceeds Ā£20.
Promotional Offers
From 1 June to 31 July 2025: consign HermĆØs items and receive 5% higher commission (maximum commission 80%).
Items must be consigned and priced by 31 July 2025.
We reserve the right to reject items based on age or condition.
Item Return Requests
All return requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Items will be ready for collection or shipping within 7 business days of confirmation.
Collection & Shipping Fees:
Store collection: Free (by appointment)
Shipping: Ā£12 (payable in advance)
Early Return Administrative Fee:
If requested within 1 month of listing:
Ā£15 per clothing item
Ā£30 per handbag
Fees cover authentication and photography costs.
Reminders:
Items remain for sale until physically withdrawn from sale.
If sold before withdrawal, the sale will be honoured.
In-store collections must be made within 7 days of scheduled pickup or items may be relisted.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new 'Last updated' date.
